Need a sample? We offer a sample guarantee.
Samples need to be at least 16" x 16" in order to show
the patterns and designs on most of our films. Instead of charging $6.50
each (our cost for product, packaging and shipping) for sample
pieces that you cannot use, it is better that you choose the
product that you wish to try in the correct size for your need, then
add a sample guarantee below to your order for
the same $6.50.
With a sample guarantee added to your order, if you do not
like the product for any reason after it is installed, simply remove it
from the glass, pack up the entire roll and ship it back to us within 14 days for a
complete refund, including original shipping. This win-win
situation limits your risk of having an unwanted product
and we are able to maintain our pricing by not having thousands of
dollars tied up in sample pieces. A Sample Guarantee is
limited to one refund per product. In other words, if you order 2 rolls of
Frosted Window Film, you can only add a sample guarantee to one roll. If you
need to look at 2 or more different items such as Mandalay Film and
Grapevine Film, you would need to add 2 or more sample guarantees - one for each
product.
